The heart is the central control box, connecting to all the energetic centres in the human energy body.

It recognises Feeling over meaning

Its language has no reason

Its ears hear only the pulsing rhythm of emotion

It feels - it feels - yes we all know it feels.

It cannot quantify, or justify

It will help us to purify.

It pulls in truth 

 It pushes truth

Truth of  Raw feeling

It lives for truth

Heart cannot lie

It will not comply with the enchantments of the world.

It will not pretend. It will not play the game.

On and on it beats as a song of pure truth no matter how tired we are, or how much we resist.

To be with the heart is the easiest and most difficult of things.

It pulls a purifucation

It pushes a purification

Something that is felt in every cell of being and every corner of awareness.

If you are in the purifying heart

If you feel under the control of this, mighty central energetic centre

Remember...Relaxation ALWAYS comes afterwards

Nature demands we feel our own emotions.

Spirit demands we purify our life and light force through the calling of the heart .

Whatever your purification, try to see it in terms of Frequency and consciousness - not right or wrong

Be forewarned, Trauma brings a language of necessity -

If you take it too personally

If you argue with the language

If you expect a traumatised soul to act rationally

You only assist in pushing the energy of that  the trauma into the astral - creating war within the heaven worlds

Listen, hold, and remember revelation and relaxation comes afterwards

Feel your soul spirit and higher self as the dwellers of the heart.

Weaving their magic.

 Untie yourself  from the external story.

Just breathe.

FEEL

Hold yourself Hold your heart.

It isn't meant to make sense yet

Emotions are the soul in softness..a watery realm a place where the soul can embed

Once the soul takes root another layer comes into a settling.

The over-soul .

This part of us connects to heat  to the part born first, through divine will

The movement that generates heat, not as temperature but as soul force

Our over-soul moves like the angels in heaven .

There is coherence there.

COHERENCE

After the movement of purification comes a settling.

We hold the heart then - we tune in,  and every question is answered clearly.

The central control box upgrades every centre.

It brings tremendous coherence, through temporary chaos.

As everything moves - just HOLD.
